One of the nicest developments is Kelly Ridge Estates, which is shown in the photos below.  The development includes approximately 1,500 lots.  Cable, water, sewer, and electricity service are installed to each lot.  All roads are paved.  Approximately 1,000 families live in Kelly Ridge Estates.  There is a golf course, club house, swimming pool and tennis courts available to residents.  Dues are very reasonable.  Life is good!
